02-12-12 Day 43

   Mikey is preparing for the end of days... the apocalypse kind. Mostly, he's just having fun, he doesn't believe anything will actually happen, but we both know that there are stupid people out there and if the solar flares wipe something out for a bit, we will have food at the very least.

 Tonight he learned how to make bread without yeast! He made some white bead first, which was a little floury tasting... then he made blueberry bread and it was yummy! He was very excited and couldn't wait to share it, so we packed up and went to his parents to share the bread. We ended up having dinner there too, fries and burgers. Then we came home and Mike made the best bread yet! Apple cinnamon bread!
